Food and Meals at Cybercamps Academy

Meals at Cybercamps Academy

Most of our summer computer program locations offer meal service in the university or campus dining halls. This means there is a wide variety of choices available to participants from burgers and fries to salads and other vegetarian options. For those locations where a campus dining facility is not available, Cybercamps Academy typically caters-in food from local restaurants and cafés. Please be sure to view the dining options at your specific location when registering.

All participants are closely supervised and watched by the entire staff during all meals. If your child has any type of food allergy, this should be noted on the medical form at the time of registration.

Residential Program Meals

Although Cybercamps Academy residential participants come in on Sunday evening, typically the dining facilities are closed at that time. However, snacks are available for nighttime munchies. Residential program meal service officially covers Monday breakfast through Friday lunch.

Day Program Meals

Utilizing the campus or university dining hall, lunches are provided to participants Monday through Friday. The lunch plan is recommended but not required. Participants can choose to waive the nominal meal plan fee and bring a sack lunch to camp each day. Costs for the meal plan vary by location.

Even if a participant brings their own sack lunch, they will still eat with their new friends. Some university locations do not permit outside food to be brought into the dining facilities. When that happens, all participants who brought their lunch will eat together with a staff member.

Extended Day Program Meals

Breakfasts and dinners are included in the extended day camp options (there are three available to choose from). Depending on which option you choose, meals are provided through the campus or university dining hall. Lunches are not included in the extended day program options but the lunch plan is recommended. Participants can choose to waive the nominal lunch plan fee and have their child bring a sack lunch to camp each day.

Snacks at Cybercamps Academy

Growing kids and busy brains need lots of refueling. Cybercamps Academy is happy to provide snacks to participants. These can include fun kid stuff like chips and crackers, to more healthy fare like cheese sticks and fruit. Participants are encouraged to bring their own snacks for whenever they need a boost during the day as well.

Cybercamps is the coolest summer computer and technology camp for youth and teens. The Cybercamps summer computer camps are held at dozens of locations throughout the USA.
